Welcome to Corrydor. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Corrydor governing your access to and use of the Corrydor website, mobile applications, platforms, and related services.
By accessing, registering for, or using Corrydor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use Corrydor.
2. About Corrydor

By using the service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are using Corrydor on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. User Accounts
Certain Corrydor features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed through your account.
- Do not provide false or misleading account information.

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, pricing, quality, and fulfillment of their products and offers.
Corrydor does not guarantee that every vendor, store, product, offer, price, promotion, or business representation is accurate, available, or suitable for a particular user.
Users should independently verify important information with the relevant vendor before completing a purchase or relying on an offer.
6. Offers and Products
Corrydor may display discounts, promotions, products, prices, availability information, and other commercial information provided by participating businesses.
Offers may have specific conditions, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, stock limitations, geographic restrictions, or other restrictions determined by the vendor.

Corrydor is not responsible for a vendor's failure to honor an offer where the issue is outside Corrydor's reasonable control.

You are responsible for your communications and interactions with other users and vendors.
You must not use the communication features to send unlawful, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate content.
Corrydor may moderate, restrict, remove, or review communications when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with applicable law.
8. User Content
You may be able to submit reviews, ratings, messages, comments, images, profile information, feedback, and other content to Corrydor.
You retain ownership of content that you lawfully own. However, by submitting content to Corrydor, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and improve our services.
You must not submit content that:
- Violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Contains malware or harmful code.
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally misleading.

Where a transaction occurs directly between a user and a vendor, the vendor may be responsible for pricing, payment processing, fulfillment, refunds, cancellations, warranties, and other transaction-related matters.
If Corrydor processes a payment directly, additional payment terms may apply and will be presented to you before the applicable transaction.
Corrydor is not responsible for unauthorized transactions caused by compromised user credentials or devices, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
11. Third-Party Services
Corrydor may use or integrate with third-party services, including mapping providers, analytics platforms, cloud infrastructure, authentication services, notification systems, payment providers, communication services, and other technologies.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
Corrydor is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or policies of third-party services that we do not control.
12. Intellectual Property
Corrydor and its licensors own or control the application, website, branding, logos, designs, graphics, software, interfaces, text, and other materials provided through the platform, except for content owned by users or third parties.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Corrydor for its intended purposes.

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, authenticity, availability, or performance of products, services, stores, vendors, or offers provided by third parties.
Your interactions and transactions with vendors are primarily between you and the relevant vendor.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corrydor and its directors, employees, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.
This may include, to the extent permitted by law, losses relating to business interruption, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or third-party products and services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Corrydor and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from or related to:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your misuse of Corrydor.
- Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
- Content you submit to the platform.
- Your interactions or transactions with vendors or other users.
17. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Corrydor at any time and may request account deletion where applicable.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of Corrydor if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or created a security or operational risk.
We may also suspend services where necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or other legitimate operational reasons.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions, will survive termination.
